If your glass is a cylinder you can measure the base radius n height n calculate the volume. If it is a fulcrum you can do the same but in this case you also need the radius of the upper surface of the liquid. If it is of random shape you can put the scale inside the glass and go somewhere really cold. Now mark the first point when the water is at 4°c. Now freeze the water. Assuming the glass is not very curvy, you can calculate the volume increase when water freezes. Now since you know the density of water at 4°c and 0°c you can measure the mass of water in the glass. From this you can find the volume of water in the glass.
