Answer:

We can separate it by using suitable solvent.

Pottasium Nitrate is soluble in hot water. So, add hot water in the mixture of pottasium Nitrate and soil..

Pottasium Nitrate will dissolve in hot water but soil does not.

Pottasium Nitrate's solution ready with soil..

Filter the mixture of Pottasium Nitrate solution with soil....

We got Pottasium Nitrate solution as a filtrate and soil with the traces of Pottasium Nitrate solution as residue..

Then, wash the soil with distilled water and got the soil free of Pottasium Nitrate...

Then, on other side.. Pottasium Nitrate is not soluble in cool water. . so, place the solution of Pottasium Nitrate for cool down...

When the solution cool down ... wash it with ... distilled cool water and we got the Pottasium Nitrate free of soil.
