Move the person into a shady, cool or air-conditioned space.
Call for emergency medical help.
Cover the person with damp sheets or spray cool water on his face. Direct air on the person with a fan or newspaper.
Make the person drink as much water as he can

If the excess water has gone in the person stomach, try to get it out by compressing the chest properly.
Call for medical help, if situation is out of control
If the person is bruised or fractured, put band aid on bruised part to cover the injury and if fractured, ask the person not to move and call for medical help.
If bleeding is taking place, hold a clean, preferably sterile, absorbent material over the injury and apply gentle yet direct pressure.Bleeding can also be reduced by holding the correct pressure points.
If the person is drowning, provide him/her with breath rescue and correct chest compression technique

the main thing is with what all little or big thing you have, try your best. once you think the person got consciousness contact medical help. DONT PANIC AT ALL ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE AFFECTED  PERSON HAS NO IDEA HOW SEVERE IT IS. IF THE PERSON DOES KNOW IT WILL NOT BE THE OUTCOME YOU NEEDED.
