this can be only with the help of meditation. Meditation is scientifically proven brain booster exercise .it connects u with the universal energy after great practice of meditation you can get super powers too

I guess the question is "How can we improve our mind power by natural ways/powers?"

If so then here is the answer;

For mind power, brain is the main thing. When everyone thinks through their brain, people rarely have time to sharpen about their brain. No one can deny its cleverness and incredible power.

Actually scientific research says that people use 12-14% of their brain yet they feel tired mentally. People are not very active in a particular area. They can work on that particular area get some training and improve. Our brain is a muscle that regularly needs exercise. Here are some ways:

1) Drawing:
Drawing like a that whatever comes in the mind makes our brain's right side to stimulate. This is one of the way to improve the brain as well mind power.

2) Food habits:
Eating healthy food like fruits and vegetables will make our mind to stimulate properly and increases our mind power also milk will increase the power. But most of us eat junk foods a lot. We have get rid of those junk food. The consumption of junk food decrease physical energy and also promotes the production of brain fog. To avoid this, it is important to eliminate the consumption of junk food from your diet and concentrate on the advantages of focused and calm brain chemistry.

3) Deep breathe:
Taking a deep breathe increases the flow of blood and level of oxygen in the brain. Take deep breaths for at least 10 to 15 minutes every day. By doing, you can experience a difference in the functioning of your brain.

4) Meditation:
Meditation releases stresses and improve IQ levels and promote the functioning of the brain. The mind power of the brain can be activated through meditation. It enhance performance and also advances the ability of thinking.

5) Laughing :P
Laughing releases a hormone called endorphins in the brains. Endorphin is a natural chemical. It enhances the overall wellbeing and helps reduce pain. If you want to work out a natural reducer of stress, laughter is best.

6) Playing
Brain games and certain puzzles and brainteasers help create new associations between different parts of the brain to be sharp.

7) Sleeping time
Sleep for 7-8 hours to enhance your mind power. Expert's opinion is if you do only one thing to improve your memory, getting more sleep should be it. Sleep is one of the key time for the brain to solidify the connections b/w neurons, and thus helping us remember more of our tasks.

These are the ways that I know to keep improving our mind power.
