Anxiety and stress can be overcome by listening songs , walking along nature. Doing your favourite things such as drawing , playing games and also hang out with friends.

The most effective things that help us in this time is our favorite things like if you like to watch movies or to listen music you can do these things , but with me I like to drink cold water that also take your stress level down and feel you better.. don't be worry it is our part of life everyone has to go through these things keep smiling hope it help you.
