Answer:different place on the r receive different amount of sunlight. the amount of sunlight receive determines a regions climate. the sun's ways are concentrated in the areas near the equator. as we move away from the equator, the race of the sun becomes increasingly slanting. Thus, the heating in this areas is less. therefore, places located at higher latitude receives less heat than the places located at lower latitude which are near to the equator.
