How can we preserve fenugreek, coriander etc. for a long time ? by boiling or by drying or by oiling

You have to 1st keep them to dry . After 20 mins , Pick their stems in a jar filled with 1/4 th of water . Then cover them loosely with a plastic bag . Then u can keep them into refregerator . They stay green upto 3-4 weeks .
