Educate yourself about these rights. Some lawyers will provide a free legal counseling interview to individuals.
Fundamental rights are a generally regarded set of legal protections in the context of a legal system, wherein such system is itself based upon this same set of basic, fundamental, or inalienable rights. Such rights thus belong without presumption or cost of privilege to all human beings under such jurisdiction.
Research about what are these rights. Research various scholars to study fundamental rights.
Tell individual police officers and local officials about your fundamental rights. This is so that local victimization against your rights may be less likely, as they realize their duties.
Contact your state representatives to ask them to take proactive action to help prevent the breach by law.
Act as an advocate for sustaining such civil rights for yourself.
Seek others of similar interests to plan how to inform others by using your individual protected right of free speech, right of peaceful assembly, and such.

While deciding the Golaknath case in February 1967, Supreme Court ruled that the Parliament has no power to curtail the fundamental rights. They were made permanent and sacrosanct reversing the Supreme Court's earlier decision which had upheld Parliament's power to amend all parts of the Constitution, including Part III related to Fundamental Rights. Up till the 24th constitutional amendment in 1971, the fundamental rights given to the people were permanent and can not be repealed or diluted by the Parliament.
