Well, at least, not enough -

There's nowhere near enough matter to do so. The universe is big. Unimaginably, mindnumbingly, ridiculously big. And empty. If you could get all of the matter in the universe in one place with roughly the density of air, the area it would take up compared to the total volume of the universe wouldn't even account for a quintillionth of a percent.
