you will need test tube, water, matchsticks,ph or litmus paper for it.
Take water in test tube half filled.
Lint the matchsticks and blow it near the mouth of test tube.
cover the mouth of test tube with thumb so that it will be inside the test tube.
Then quickly shake the test tube so that water will be mixed with th smoke.
Then test the solution with ph paper.
solution becomes acidic that is carbonic acid.
carbon dioxide and water gives you carbonic acid.
