how can we reduce garbage? and how can we reuse garbage? plz. answer them seperately.

to reduce garbage u just need to keep in mine few things those are
by reusing the things which u can
like using the covers again and again
and when u need not any papers or etc u can make them as tissues
and 
to reuse the things 
u should keep in mind that 
the things should be seperated in usable and non usable  things
so that u can throw the non usable things and use the usable things
