We can reduce our stress by practicing the following -

1)Doing meditation

2)Listening to calm music which rejuvenates the soul.

3)Talking to close friends and relatives .

4)Exercising and practicing yoga daily.

5)Never take drugs or cigarette .

6)Don't take too much work pressure ,and do the work on time to avoid any work stress afterwards .
