1. A law sholud be made to regulate the internal affairs of political parties. It should be made compulsary for parties to maintain a record of their members to have independent authority etc.
2. Women members should be encouraged and give space for competing in elections.
3. The government sholud give parties monet to support election expenses to avoid corruption.
4. The Affidavit should be filled carefully and the accounts and property details should be maintained.
5. It should be prevented by EC for allowing MLA and MPs to change parties a month prior to elections.

Following are some of the recent efforts and suggestions in our country to reform political parties and its leaders:
1) It should be made mandatory for the parties to give one-third of their party tickets to women candidates, thus women can take part in the decision-making bodies of the party.
2) Election Commission has made it mandatory for parties to hold regular elections an file income tax.
3) it is mandatory for every candidate who contests elections to file an AFFIDAVIT giving details of his property and criminal cases pending against him.
