Boys and girls must study in a co-ed school. This will make them sensitive towards the other gender.
Boys and girls must interact . This makes a lot of changes. They learn about each other and respect each other. Their views are shared and this make them feel that they are equal.
Workshops must be done to aware students that boys and girls are equal. Have equal power. And equal potential.
At home also, parents must not differentiate between a girl and a boy. Equal work must be assigned to both.
According to me, no extra privilege must be given to a girl or a boy. Let them feel equal.
In economic sector, salary must be equal for both genders on the basis of work they do.
