How can we replace Dilute Sulphuric Acid by Hydrochloric Acid?

Bring a glass rod dipped in Ammonia solution near the mouth of each test tubes containing dil. HCl and Dilute H_2O & SO_4 each.

This reaction Shows that Dilute Sulphuric Acid can't be replaced by Hydrochloric Acid.
