how can we say that a square is a rectangle but a rectangle may not be a square? explain.​

because care is a quadrilateral and rectangle is also and square has one angle of 90 degree and rectangle has also and angle is 90 degree but rectangle has not same sides of same length but a square has so that we can say square is like rectangle but rectangle is not like a square

We can say that a square is a rectangle as it is also a quadrilateral whose sides intersects at right angle and just like rectangle it's opposite sides are congruent ,however a rectangle can not be a square as all it's side are not equal .
