How can we say that air contains water vapour?

because the plants continously do transpiration due to this water vapour is always present in nature.

Take crushed ice in a glass of steel . After sometime you will see that there are tiny droplets of water on it .
This shows that air contains water vapour which get attracted to the glass due to the molecular force of attraction
