Caste does not decide political outcomes.

Explanation:

Ruling MPs and MLAs regularly lose elections. If public opinion  was frozen on caste matters, hen this won't happen.

Sometimes, candidates belonging to a particular caste are not put up by the parties.

All the people belonging to a caste will certainly not vote for a candidate belong in g to that case, that is, a candidate will not secure all votes of people belonging to his caste.

No caste is a unilateral majority in any electoral constituency of India
