Patol Babu is a very practical man. He tries to bring out the best from whatever he gets in life and thus, is happy and contented with life. In spite of difficulties in life, he has managed to keep his cool and does not get disappointed at anything. He is a meticulous man who works out every detail of even a small role with a monosyllabic dialogue. He did his part to perfection. Although the role was very small, he had put in his best effort. Patol Babu was not  a greedy man. He felt that taking money for such a small role would be trivialising his performance. He was a true actor for whom creative satisfaction was foremost and not money.
