We can say that burning of candle is a chemical change because in chemical change it converts into another form and after burning candle ash is left of thread whereas glowing of bulb is a physical change because it remains as bulb composition of filament (present in bulb doesn't change)

Answer:

because when you burn a candle the wax starts changing in vapour and works as oil with thread and after that thread converted in ash by the reaction with oxygen .and you know that changing in is ir reversible.

bulb works on electric current there is nichrmium wire in bulb which converts eletricl energy in heat energy so by the heating effect of electricity bulb glows so this is reversible because when we switch the bulb of the nichromium wire start calling down.and again when we switch the bulb on it starts glowing by heating effect of eletricty

hope you understand.
