innisfree is the place where the poet had spent his childhood . He thought that when he would go there he would attain peace of mind through the music of birds and the purple glow of the noon. it is not easy to attain peace of mind in a city life. even when he was standing at the pavements he could hear the lapping of water in the lake. so we can say that innisfree has a deep influence on the poet's mind and heart.

"The Lake Isle of Innisfree" is a poem written by William Butler Yeats. The poem talks about how he wanted to go back to Innisfree, his favourite childhood vacation destination. We can say that the Isle of Innisfree definitely had a deep influence on the poet's mind because, no matter where he was, he could hear the sounds of the water lapping in his heart. Even when he was walking on the busy streets of London he kept thinking of the serene and tranquil backgrounds of Innisfree. This is a reason for why we can say that the Lake Isle of Innisfree occupied the poet's mind always and had a great influence or impact on him.

hope it helped!
