How can we say the reflacting type is better then that of refracting type?

can you clarify - better in what sense ? type of what ?

Reflecting telescopes are better than refracting telescopes. Double reflecting (with one objective mirror and a secondary mirror) telescope with an eyepiece lens is quite advantageous over refracting telescope. These are called Casseygrain telescopes.
Most of the incident light energy / power is reflected by the reflecting (parabolic or concave) mirror. In refracting lens some light intensity is lost.
In refracting telescope use of a lens has side effects such as color (chromatic) aberration. There is no spherical aberration in a parabolic reflector.
The refracting (lens) telescope has to be bigger and heavier. Mirror weighs less than a lens. Due to the reduction in weight, a much bigger reflecting telescope can be made and supported at the center.
The image in a reflecting telescope is clearer.
