Even though I have not written NEET, i have solved their papers to answer it well.

NEET chemistry has 45 questions, and meaning 35 - 40 mins maximum to solve the entire section.

How to prepare within the remaining time ?

NEET chemistry can be the most scorable subject if one has gone through NCERT well enough.

PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY

One must be good formula, and know it's application in physical chemistry.

Mole concept - fairly easy topic, confusion arises in equivalence chapter and redox. It's advisable to remember and relate these 2 chapters well.

Stoichiometry - Limiting reagent concept and Principle of Atom Conservation( if you have studied) must be revised again. Take care of STP

Gas Laws - Remember the formula, values of velocities of gas, critical temperature concept.

Thermodynamics and Equilibrium - Perhaps the KING of physical chemistry, one must absolutely know the concepts well, to apply the logic, very important to take care of sign (+ve or -ve) and equilibrium should be revised again.

Chemical Kinetics and Surface chemistry - Focus on graphs and order, rate constants and half life concepts. READ NCERT FOR SURFACE CHEMISTRY AGAIN.

Solid State and Solutions : Easy chapters but remember the various salts and their configuration , like NaCl and ZnS. Solutions is related to mole concept and a bit of equilibrium, colligative properties are very important. REMEMBER DON'T MESS WITH VAN'T HOFF FACTOR.

ORGANIC CHEMISTRY :

1) GOC should be very clear, inductive effect , hyperconjugation , mesomeric, acid and base concept, stability orders.

2) Isomerism - practice structural isomers, revise stereoisomers as it is confusing

3) Hydrocarbons and Alkyl / Aryl Halides - Remember the various reactions Sn1,Sn2,E1,E2 , anti , syn addition and again isomeric part. Also remember the various reagents for conversions

4)Alcohols, Carbonyl and Nitro compounds - Various condensations, Nucleophilic reactions, Diazonium salts, preparation and NAME REACTIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT. ACIDITY AND REACTIONS OF ALCOHOLS AND PHENOLS ARE PRIME IMPORTANCE.

5) BIOMOLECULES , POLYMERS - read ncert + Coaching notes.

INORGANIC

1) Periodic classification and chemical bonding - very important, structures,  hybridisation, MOT , periodic table trends

2) s , p , d and f blocks - Read NCERT very properly, and solve questions of previous yr papers

3) environmental chemistry and metallurgy - remember ores name, extraction process, ellingham diagram, and effects of various gases in nature

GOOD LUCK AND ALL THE BEST FOR NEET, PRACTICE PREV YR PAPERS AND REVISE CONCEPTS
