If our fundamental rights are violated or taken away by any individual or government, then we can file a case in court for remedy by article 32 of our constitution that is right to constitutional remedies. In this way we can safeguard our fundamental rights.

Answer:

"Fundamental rights" are the rights that are basic liberties given to people regardless of their race, gender, place of birth, caste etc. The Indian constitution has given 6 fundamental rights to its citizens that cannot be taken away by the government. Given from "article 14 to 31" and "article 32" consists of "right to constitutional remedies" where a citizen who’s rights have been violated can approach the supreme court. By using article 32 is how we can safeguard or secure the rights when someone violates our fundamental rights.
