1)On the navigation bar, click Calendar.

2) Click Home > E-mail Calendar.

3) Specify the Date Range for the calendar you want to send.

4)Set the other calendar options you want then click OK.

5)On the To line, type the name of the person you want to send your calendar.

6)Click Send.
