How can we separate a mixture of salt and sugar?

sugar is soluble in alcohol and salt is not soluble,so add the mixture to alcohol then filter it you will get salt in the filter paper then boil the sugar alcohol mixture up to 78.3 degree centigrade because it is alcohol boiling point , alcohol will be evaporated and sugar is left over

Separation of mixture of sugar and salt-
(a) we will dissolve the mixture in alcohol, such that sugar dissolve in alcohol but salt doesn't
(b) Filtration- we will filter the solution so that salt remain as a residue and sugar + alcohol solution will obtain as filtrate.
(c) Evaporation- we will hear the sugar solution in alcohol, then alcohol will evaporate leaving behind the sugar. Thus we will get sugar and salt separately
