To separate alcohol from water... We have to use separation technique of Fractional distillation which is based on the difference in boiling points of the liquids.
Steps:-
1-Create a closed system for distillation.
2-Heat the alcoholic water mix in the round-bottomed flask.
3-Insert a fractionating column into the mouth of the flask.
4-Allow the vapor to cool and condense.
Enjoy the water 'cos it's one of the precious resource.

we can separate alcohol from water by the process of fractional distillation
this can be done as follows:-
The mixture of alcohol and water is heated in a distillation flask fitted with a fractionating column when the mixture is heated both alcohol and water form vapours as their boiling point reaches the alcohol vapour and water vapour rise up in the column they get cooled or condenses in the fractionating column .The fractionating column warm up by the heat released by the condenses vapours when the temperature at the top of the fractionating column reaches 78 degree c (which is the boiling point of alcohol )then alcohol vapour passes into the condenser get schooled and collected in a breaker kept at the one side of condenser.
