How can we separate cream from milk by centrifugation

We can separate cream from the milk by centrifugation process.

The milk is rotated into the centrifuge at very high speed.
In this way the denser particles settles at the bottom and the lighter ones float over the surface.
Cream is quite lighter than milk, so it floats on the top and can be easily extracted out of the milk and can be separated easily.
