how can we separate sand and sugar​

Answer:

Add water covering the sand and sugar and stir the mixture until you know all of the sugar is dissolved. Strain the mixture through filter floss into a metal container to remove all the sand. Put the metal container on a stove burner on very low simmer heat until the water evaporates. The dry sugar will be left in the metal container.
