how can we seperate cream from milk

The best way to separate cream from the milk is through the process of centrifugation. The sample milk is rotated into the centrifuge.At very high speed.In this way the denser particles settles at the bottom and the lighter ones float over the surface and cream being lighter than milk will float on the top and can be easily extracted out of the milk and can be separated easily.

Allow the milk to sit for at least 24 hours, then open the spigot at the bottom– the skimmed milk will come out, leaving the creamline floating at the top. Once you are nearing the end of the milk layer, you can capture thecream layer in a separate container
