how can we state differences between perimeter and area?????

In simple language, perimeter is the length of boundry of the figure and area is the surface area covered with the figure such as, the space within the boundry of the figure

perimeter is the distance around a figure .to find the perimeter of a figure, add the lengths​of sides the expression ft2 means “square feet"
Area is found by multiplying two dimensions, length and width.
