Simple
1. Insert the CD in the Laptop.
2. A dialog box will appear indicating the CD is in your device.
3. Now open the desired file/folder to be transferred.
4. Copy/ Cut (your choice) the required files/folders to be transferred.
5. Open the CD file.
6. Paste the copied/ cut folder in it.
