Hello, maybe bcz I'm on a research on the topic, I think I can possibly give you a convincing answer for the question.

Everything depends on how you understand the two postulates of Special relativity by Einstein.
Alright,
Well the answer for your question is that we are constantly already travelling time because, according to relativity your rate of passage of time depends on your preference perspective and the specific time frame in the space time according to Lorentz transformation.
Now, by this some people might tell that this is a stupid answer. However, according to the time frame of reference of someone else, for example some other fast moving celestial body, we on Earth are actually constantly going back into time with reference to the celestial body.
Alright I've confused you a lot lemme explain this clearly.
Relativity says that faster you move in an inertial frame of reference the slower the passage of time becomes for you.
Thus, we can say that bcz the celestial body is moving so fast it's passage of time Is too slow as compared to ours and thus we are traveling into the future bcz our time is faster than the time rate of body.
Yes?
but no
This is where special relativity acts in which says that the above conclusion was according to the frame of reference chosen by you being on Earth however earth is not a completely Inertial frame.
So, how could significantly travel in time.
Well there's only two ways of doing this,
1) You can fly off into the space in a shuttle with a very large speed and maybe come after 10 years time with respect to the Earth's time.
However, if there was your twin on Earth who was 20 when you left earth according to earth he would be now 30.
However, according to earth you would be still much younger than time bcz as you were moving so fast in space time, your time slowed down a lot. thus making you younger than your twin maybe 4-5 years younger.
Leave it ! There is a lot of calculation based on Einstein field equation and approximation
Here, our job is to understand the nature and how magical it is.
And thus you can maybe travel past being younger when the world you left has experienced 10 years but you have still experienced 4-5 years w.r.t the earth.
Another, time travel possibly can be done from wormholes but I don't think it's a clear and possible thing to be done.
Wormholes are found at the centre Hawking singularity of black holes.
So you have to pass that singularity point without death so that you get into the other reflection universe where it'll be something more different.
But, black holes are so strong with their gravity that they can make you so thin like a sphegatii if you go near them and pass their event horizon that you'll become a noodle and possibly almost dead on your adventure.
So, the only way now is to make man-made wormholes which can be made by making black holes that'll have anti-gravity which prevent sphegattification.
However, someone who knows this stuff will laugh and say do you know how much energy and heat is required to make a black hole. Probably a lot lot lot lot .
So, not possible to make a black hole.
And yeah so I mean it is possible to travel time but there's a difference, of traveling time significantly or just rather simply traveling time.
A simple time travel means for example, when Usain bolt was running in his world record race of 9.58 m/s , time for him in terms of a second was 13 femtoseconds (0.00000000000000000000013 I don't know how many zeroes !! ^_^) less than the second that was going on for the rest of the world.
So, yeh that's how this world works and time travel too.

Now if you ask me my opinion ! I may say that time travel significantly isn't possible at all !
and also Being spiritual and religious I would rather prefer making my life a beautiful one rather than researching about how the universe works !! Who cares?? ^_^

Alright thank you so much for reading the answer !! Hope you like it !!

Discuss in the comments if you know something more fun !!

Travel into the past is probably impossible. Even if it were possible, Hawking and others have argued that you could never travel back before the moment your time machine was built.

But travel to the future? That’s a different story.

Of course, we are all time travellers as we are swept along in the current of time, from past to future, at a rate of one hour per hour.

But, as with a river, the current flows at different speeds in different places. Science as we know it allows for several methods to take the fast-track into the future. Here’s a rundown.
▪️ Speed

This is the easiest and most practical way to get to the far future – go really fast.

According to Einstein’s theory of special relativity, when you travel at speeds approaching the speed of light, time slows down for you relative to the outside world.

This is not a just a conjecture or thought experiment – it’s been measured. Using twin atomic clocks (one flown in a jet aircraft, the other stationary on Earth) physicists have shown that a flying clock ticks slower, because of its speed.

▪️Gravity

The next method is also inspired by Einstein. According to his theory of general relativity, the stronger the gravity you feel, the slower time moves.

As you get closer to the centre of the Earth, for example, the strength of gravity increases. Time runs slower for your feet than your head.

▪️Suspended animation

Another way to travel to the future may be to slow your perception of time by slowing down, or stopping, your bodily processes and then restarting them later.

▪️Wormholes

General relativity also allows for the possibility for shortcuts through spacetime, known as wormholes, which might be able to bridge distances of a billion light years or more, or different points in time.
