how can we use horizontal ruler bar to change the indent of a document

select the paragraph on paragraph you want to add the tab stop to... click the tab selector until the tab stop you want to use appear... click the location on the horizontal ruler where you want to your taxt to appear ( it help to click on the button edge of the ruler
