Yes we can preserve them after drinking anything and use them for other household purposes.
We can use them to give support to the stems of a weak small plant. Students can use them to decorate in their assignments or projects as a kind of decorating item.
We can use them as a label with the electric wires so that we know which wire connects which thing.
We can use them for painting by blowing colours.
We can use them as a DIY vacuum sealer in plastic packets which are used to kept things like some powders, dry fruits and many more other things.
We can use them to make a siphon.
When toothpick is not at our hand then we can use straws instead of it to remove something from our teeth.
There are many more other uses of the straws.
And we can use our creativity to find more uses too.
