tissue culture is the process in lab which produces the exact copies of a plant in sterile conditions.the plants embryo is cultured on a media kept for 5-10 days for the formation of callus .then when the shoot is produced it is a shoot development and when root is coming it is a root development.but in these steps,if anything goes wrong,we must repeat the process again from first.
ITS ADVATAGE IS THAT IT CAN PRODUSE THE SAME VARIETY OF PLANT IN EVEN STERILE CONDITIONS
IT DISADVANTAGE IS THAT IF EVEN ONE STEP GOES WRONG THEN WE MUST START IT AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING.IT MIGHT ALSO GET WRONG BY ITSELF
