first make points of that answer than make a summary and write it!!

For writing long answer in science :
1). You need to remember the key points which you can elaborate easily while writing the answer.
2). Try to write the answers in points instead of writing them in paragraph.

1). Remember the major events that took place and elaborate them.
2). Write the answer in your own word instead of learning them.
