The girls of senior classes greeted him through a vandana geet as he was being marched to the dias by the NCC cadets . On this occasion the principal rose to the audience and delivered the welcome speech to the dignitary . After this there were several quiz and academic competitions held . The senior class students enacted a play reflecting moral and cultural values. Junior students started singing beautiful songs . At the end the honourable guest applauded the school for its all round success and wished a better future for the students . This was followed by the national anthem and thus the celebration ended .
