Explanation:

First, what is a real life scenario?

Real life scenarios meaning: As what millennials would say it, it’s IRL (in real life). It means it must be existing or occurring in reality or in the real world. It should be drawn from and / or drawing on the actual circumstances, situations, happenings and / or events. It is creating immersive as well as relatable scenarios / pictures that enable the learners like students to apply skills and knowledge easily so they can also directly apply these in their daily roles and tasks in their life.

Real world scenarios examples: real-life problems, a story that is true-to-life, an anthology, a biography

Real life scenarios for students: live-tweeting on Twitter, posting on Facebook, uploading picture on Instagram, reading answers on Brainly, answering questions on Brainly, submitting a project to teacher, listening in class, sharing the copy of a powerpoint presentation via bluetooth

Real life scenarios problem solving: solving a puzzle or a rubik’s cube, solving math problems in examinations

So, how can we apply media and information to real life scenario? I will give you more than three (3) examples:

1. Looking for answers through the help of Google or any internet browser. This is the most common real life scenario because the reason you might be here is because you’ve searched this question on Google. It’s okay. It’s okay to use technology for media and information. There’s nothing wrong with that. I believe that it is part of learning. Typing on internet browser about your homeworks and instantly get answers for them. But there’s a big difference between copy-paste answers and research. The latter is much more preferable, always remember that.

2. Answering questions on Brainly every day. This is a good habit to check if you’ve learned something every day in school.

5. Posting or broadcasting local news on your social media to help spread awareness. One perfect example for this is when the indigenous students are posting updates on Twitter and Facebook regarding maltreatment, abuse, and human rights violations against their community. We must use the media to spread information and that includes local news and current events.

6. Sharing or reposting local and / or internation news on your social media accounts .

7. Buying and reading newspapers, magazines, and zines. Online and / or not online.

8. Self-publishing books and zines if you’re a writer, poet, and / or artist.

9. Joining social media rallies to help spread awareness, enlighten and educate others, as well as address the roots of the issues. Another example for this is when people on Twitter asked other users to spread #StandWithWorkers. This is rally in and outside Twitter to help victims of unjust termination and to end contractualization.

10. Downloading legal, legit, and free academic books for project, homework, studies, research and for learning.
