Ocean is one of the valuable Earth's Natural Resources for the following reasons :

---> It is a habitat for so many acquatic animals like fish, frog, whales etc.

---> It provides us food in the form of fish and shell fish.

---> It's used as transportation both for travelling and shipping.

--> Ocean is mined for treasure resources like salt , sand, gravel and some metals like Manganese, iron, copper etc.

---> Ocean is drilled for crude oil which is sent for refineries to get petrol, diesel etc.

--->It acts as Heat resorviors where it regulates the Earth temperature.

--->Ocean thermal energy is used to generate electricity a new renewable source of energy.

Hence we can appreciate " Ocean as resources"
