1.  Giving a fair chance to every child to grow and discover their potentials.

2.  School Uniform plays a vital role as it doesn't discriminate between students nor do other students get opportunity to mock based on caste.

3.  All students are treated equally and made to sit together with each other irrespective of their caste and given equal education.
