u can just take the pic of any question whose answer u want and then if u want to right anything u can after putting the pic of that question and after then u can send it the way u asked this question

Here is your answer.

While answering you'll see an icon ( see in image).

After clicking on it, you'll get two options.

1. Take photo

2. Draw.

Choose any one of them.
