If you are using Gmail then-

  1. Click on compose mail.
  2. A dialog box papers with writing space.
  3. Write the receiver's ID, subject and then write your required body of you content.
  4. If you look at the bottom of the dialog box, then you will find a paper clip like icon. This icon is called Attachment Icon.
  5. Click on it. Then at the left top it will open a window with your files and other drives.
  6. Select the required file(s) from it.
  7. After selecting click on Open button.
  8. After click on that button, it will automatically generate a link of the selected file(s).
  9. Now you are ready to go! Click on Send.
