In the technology age, many modes of commincation have been established which are smart,quick and easy to use.

However, the "irony" is that as the technology started to advance, people started socializing lesser.

1) We are in the era where everyone knows each other just on the surface level like knowing about the whereabouts of our friends but we dont have an inch of an idea as to what they are going through or how did their day went.

2) Instead of connecting with other people through different social media handles, we have started to absorb ourselves in the world of likes,reels and Tik tok which makes us connect with other people from a very narrow perspective.

Therefore, even though the technology helped in growing the no. of social media platforms, unfortunately it did not help in the interpersonal communication between two or more people.
