Center the text vertically between the top and bottom margin
1⃣. Select the text that you want to center
2⃣. On the layout or page layout tab,click the Dialog Box Launcher in the Page Setup group ,and then click the layout tab .
3⃣. In the Vertical Alignment Box ,click center.
4⃣.In the Apply to Box,click Selected text ,and then click OK.

There are the different types of alignment: -
- Left Alignment
- Right Alignment
- Center Alignment
- Justified Alignment
Left Alignment: - It aligns the text in left of the page. For aligning text in left press CTRL + L.
Right Alignment: - It aligns the text in Right of the page. For aligning text in Right press CTRL + R.
Center Alignment: - It aligns the text in Center of the page. For aligning text in Center press CTRL + E.
Justified Alignment: - It aligns the text in Justified of the page. For aligning text in Justified press CTRL + J. It Justify the text from left to right of the page by adding extra space between the words.
Note: - These shortcut will apply on MS Word.
