Absolutely no change.
This is considering that the levels being compared contain the ice cube and its melted form. When an ice cube is placed in a glass of water, it displaces enough water to support its weight.
Weight of an ice cube = mass / density of water.
After the ice cube melts completely the water level remains the same as the water displaced is now fulfilled by the amount of water present in the ice cube. Even after melting, the amount of water in the ice cube will weigh = mass of ice cube / density of water.
As the weight remains same, the amount of water displaced doesn’t change and the water level remains the same.
