Both Annelida and Arthropodaare composed of segmented animals. The main difference between Annelid and Arthropoda is that Annelidaconsists of a hydrostatic skeleton whereas Arthropodaconsists of an exoskeleton made up of chitin. Animals in both phyla are subdivided into different classes based on their diversity.

Annelida is a segmented worm with no exoskeleton.Only thin layer of cuticle present. Appendages are unjoined .

Arthropods :- Jointed pair appendages containing organism with hard exoskeleton of cuticle is callex Arthropods.
