Let first know about contact force and non contact force

Contact forces are those forces which act or take place when two objects comes in contact.

Ex- we see the friction force in daily life. This is one kind of contact force.
Because is It mainly take place between two objects we there is interlocking between the rough surface.

Now let know about non-contact forces

Those force which acts with actual contact between two objects.

Ex - gravitational force between objects, electrostatic force, magnetic force etc.
