Explanation:

Culture shapes people's attitudes about others, and because they have these attitudes, it influences how we see ourselves, said sociology teacher Chris Salituro. ... Humans are made to be social beings who tend to form bonds more easily with people who are in the same groups, also known as ingroups to sociologists.

Cultural change happens when a society is quickly changed and its beliefs and sense structures undergo fundamental change.

  • Secondary  values and beliefs extends over the  entire life of a person. These beliefs then shape up their thought process, which create certain reforms.
  • Parents carry forward their core beliefs and values to their children, which are strengthened by the social, cultural, and economic climate like schools, churches, business and the government.
  • For example - The power gap in Indian businesses is extremely high. Employees are taught to obey orders, and managers are supposed to be able to lead people.
  • In India, a manager who takes a different approach and wants to involve workers more can be less effective than in the United States. This is due to cultural differences manifesting themselves in core beliefs.
