by taking some initiatives St basic level one can. such as lifting up their living standards.
providing them better facilities.
food and shelter to support their families etc.

poverty can be eradicated by distributing wealth equally among all the citizens but before that equal opportunity should be provided to all the citizens too which is practically impossible
